PANORAMICS - A Vision
Re-imagining conversations in science
a pan-Canadian working cluster for spatial & single cell multi-omics analyses
Part of the Canadian Bioinformatics Workshop series
INTRODUCTORY SPATIAL 'OMICS ANALYSIS WORKSHOP 2024
A collaborative venture between
Bioinformatics.ca, Brain Single Cell Initiative and Panoramics - A Vision
The Introductory Spatial ‘Omics Analysis Workshop was a joint collaboration between Panoramics - A Vision, the Brain Single Cell Initiative and Bioinformatics.ca.
This workshop introduced the participants to single molecular spatial transcriptome and fundamental image analysis. We focused our workshop on using the Xenium platform and brain tissue.
However, the course content is suitable for analysis of other single molecule and array-based spatial platform derived datasets as well.
All workshop recordings and materials, including code on github have been made available - click below to access.
