Introductory Spatial OMICS Analysis Workshop - Xenium (ISO2024)
The Introductory Spatial ‘Omics Analysis Workshop - Xenium was a joint collaboration between Panoramics – A Vision, the Brain Single Cell Initiative, and Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops. This workshop introduced the participants to single-molecular spatial transcriptome and image analysis in a supportive environment with practical, hands-on sessions. ​​​
AWS compute resources and virtual engines were used for the hands-on component.

The Introductory Spatial ‘Omics Analysis Workshop - VisiumHD, was a joint collaboration between Panoramics – A Vision, the Brain Single Cell Initiative and Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops and it meant to be a complementary workshop to ISO2024, conducted the previous year.
AWS compute resources and virtual engines were used for the hands-on component.
