Enlighten-me chapter
Empowering the next generation of spatial and single-cell biologists through training, skills development, and innovation.

The “Enlighten-Me” Chapter is our pedagogy-focused stream dedicated to education, professional development, and workforce training in spatial and single-cell biology.

We design and deliver our own curriculum that blends classical spatial statistics, computer vision algorithms, and artificial intelligence methodologies, bridging experimental and computational biology.

Our workshops are organized across three levels of expertise:

Develop and deliver hands-on workshops and professional courses for both computational and experimental scientists.

Foster applied computational and AI skill development through real-world data and interactive training.
We have successfully conducted our first two computational spatial workshops in collaboration with bioinformatics.ca and the Brain Single Cell Initiative(BSCI) - setting the stage for a new standard in spatial biology education.
