Our chapters span three distinct categories, each designed to empower individuals and teams to express their narratives uniquely.

The Panoramic Chapters are the education and community arm of Panoramics – A Vision, a Canadian technology company focused on computational method development, digital training, and ecosystem-building in spatial and single-cell biology.

We organize workshops, hackathons, professional development courses, and national-level summits, including True North Spatial 2026, our inaugural Canadian summit dedicated to spatial and single-cell biology. Our programs support PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, professors, and researchers across Canada, while also advancing cloud-enabled analytical workflows and scalable compute-based training environments.

We also collaborate with leaders across the spatial and single-cell technology landscape to deliver technology-agnostic, globally connected engagement that helps drive expertise, adoption, and innovation in Canada.

Through inspiring talks, storytelling, and community dialogues, we aim to uplift and motivate scientists to persevere, dream boldly, and reimagine what’s possible in science.

These sessions serve as a space to lead into the future, to rethink conversations in science, and to nurture the human spirit behind every innovation.

The "Enlighten-me" Chapter

Computational & Experimental Educational support, code development and deployment into pedagogy models for higher education teaching and training.

Empowering the next generation of spatial and single-cell biologists through training, skills development, and innovation.

The “Enlighten-Me” Chapter is our pedagogy-focused stream dedicated to education, professional development, and workforce training in spatial and single-cell biology.

We design and deliver our own curriculum that blends classical spatial statistics, computer vision algorithms, and artificial intelligence methodologies, bridging experimental and computational biology.

Our workshops are organized across three levels of expertise :

Our Goals Develop and deliver hands-on workshops and professional courses for both computational and experimental scientists.Promote experimental and analytical design thinking for researchers at all career stages.Foster applied computational and AI skill development through real-world data and interactive training.We have successfully conducted our first two computational spatial workshops in collaboration with bioinformatics.ca and the Brain Single Cell Initiative(BSCI) - setting the stage for a new standard in spatial biology education.
