Xenium mini-symposium

With the recent addition of different spatial technological platforms across Canada, there has been rapid generation of new spatial datasets in different labs. The Spatial Nexus program is a Panoramics - A Vision's initiative that is targeted at bringing together different platform users to learn, discuss and collaborate in different aspects of spatial analysis and development. 

In our first event in this program, we proudly present "Xenium mini-symposium, targeting the many groups working independently to develop analysis pipelines for this data. Thus, we think this is a great time to connect groups of Xenium users! We hope this will start a discussion on analysis pipeline challenges and successes. 

Following the presentations, we will then host an in-person networking session for people interested in spatial transcriptomics in general and specifically Xenium data to connect.
